From collection to storage, SAMBO is a trusted partner for ensuring the long-term compliance, preservation and quality of samples.
SAMBO handles the aliquoting, processing and secure storage of human and animal faecal and saliva samples, as well as DNA extraction and analysis via a semi-automated and standardised pipeline. Equipped with an automated storage facility that is unique in France, capable of storing up to 1,000,000 samples, it is MétaGénoPolis’ main biobank serving the scientific and industrial community.
Certified ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, MétaGénoPolis guarantees the quality of its processes and data security. SAMBO offers a range of services related to biological samples and plans to expand into the study of skin microbiota.
